SEAT have some special deals on the table at the moment, but you will need to move quickly because most of them will only apply to vehicles ordered and registered during October, although do not be surprised if further deals continue towards the end of the year. Watch this space.
In a nutshell, all SEAT Ibiza, Leon and Alhambra models attract £2,000 total Scrappage support.
If you prefer any car in the Altea family, or either the Exeo saloon or Exeo ST models, you will attract £2,500 total Scrappage support.
However, there are some additional incentives on offer from SEAT.
For all Exeo saloon stock models registered before October 31, there is an additional s1,500 allowance from SEAT UK.
This brings the total Scrappage support to £4,000 which means that you can buy this large saloon for £14,155, representing a lot of metal for your money.
For all Leon stock models registered before the end of the month, there is an additional £500 allowance.
This brings the total Scrappage support to £2,500 (£505 allowance for the 1.4 S which would now be available on the road for £10,995.).
The Leon is a sporty alternative to a lot of the small, family cars available elsewhere.
For all Altea stock models, there is an additional £200 allowance.
This brings the total Scrappage support to £2,700, bringing the price of the entry level model down to £11,000 provided it is registered by 31 October.
It is a similar story for the Altea XL stock, although the allowance rises to an additional £750 bringing the total Scrappage support to £3,250, meaning that you only need a further £500 to move up to XL version.
The various deals offered by SEAT are obviously working.
They have registered just more than 3,000 cars via the Scrappage scheme, with a further 1,500 cars currently on order.
Remember, the deals mentioned above only apply if you sign-up before the end of this month.
