SEA views and a range of homes will soon be on offer at a new development which is about to be launched.
Trinity Court is due to open soon at Seaham, County Durham. The development, by David Barlow Homes, is in a sought-after location within walking distance of Seaham Harbour. Around 20 three and four-bedroom terraced houses and four-bedroom detached homes are to be built.
The Norfolk has already proved popular at David Barlow Homes’ other sites throughout the North-East and is an attractive three-bedroom property built over two-and-a-half floors with a separate single garage and a lounge which runs the whole width of the property. The village of Christon Bank, between Alnwick and the coast, has another David Barlow Homes development. A dozen, three and four-bedroom detached homes are being built here in four styles, including single storey properties, dormer bungalows and larger family homes. Prices start from £270,000.
