SANDERSON Young are showing their focus and determination to stay ahead of the market by becoming the first North East estate agent to develop their own iPhone application, available to download from Monday. Working alongside local design company Shout Digital, they have produced a map-led search to enable users to locate new properties in their chosen area, both for sale and to rent, as soon as they are placed on the market. This is supported by a list view for homebuyers and prospective tenants wanting to refine their search for a particular property style, price or location. Linked to the company’s website, homebuyers are given up-to-the- minute details of new properties, with the option to call or email the agent direct, and potentially arrange a viewing on a property within the first hour of it becoming available. Managing director Duncan Young said: “We realise the speed of communication and the ease of data transfer is vital to our business. Story continues ADVERTISEMENT “Many of our clients want to be matched to the right property as soon as possible so they can secure their dream home. “The iPhone App will provide Sanderson Young buyers with the very best information on the move and at a push of a button.”
