HOMEBUYERS are urged to snap up their dream home before the Government’s shared equity scheme comes to an end.
Housebuilder Miller Homes is encouraging those looking to benefit from the Government’s shared equity scheme HomeBuy Direct to hurry before it comes to a close in the next few weeks.
The clock is ticking on Miller Homes’ allocation of HomeBuy Direct properties at its County Durham developments, including Cobblers Hall in Newton Aycliffe, The Pastures in Darlington and the Meadows in Framwellgate Moor.
The housebuilder has already successfully settled 79 families into HomeBuy Direct properties across the region.
With the scheme, buyers are offered an equity loan of up to 30% of the purchase price, co-funded by the Government and Miller Homes.
