Best Family House

THE three-storey Huxley is a truly versatile home, designed with a growing family in mind and was good value for money.

The awards judges said that good consideration had been given to the individual needs of family members. Bedrooms are all good sizes and the master suite was particularly useable and attractive plus features such as a double garage and good storage added to the property.

The rooms all had good proportions and there was a good balance of living and bedroom space, suitable for families of all ages and sizes.

Debbie Dunthorne, sales director at Miller Homes North East, said: “We’re thrilled to have won Best Family Home for our Huxley showhome at The Hawthorns in Ingleby Barwick. It’s a home that we’ve personally designed and thoughtfully arranged for busy families, dedicating space for formal entertaining as well as special family time.

“The double fronted, three-storey Huxley has a spacious open plan living arrangement and bedroom space over two levels. For families of all ages and sizes, the Huxley provides just the right combination of stylish design and practical living, while maintaining its aspirational credentials.”
