Teesside teenage table tennis sensation Paul Drinkhall has joined the record breakers.
The 14-year-old from Ormesby Table Tennis Club has become the first player in history to win the English Under-15 (Cadet) and Under-18 (Junior) Boys' singles and doubles in the national championships.
Paul, who lives in Loftus and attends the Laurence Jackson School in Guisborough, produced a second remarkable achievement in being the first player to win his age group competition for the fifth year in a row.
He has won the English Under-10, 11, 12, 13 and now the Under-15 championships in successive years.
To clinch the two singles championships, Paul beat his close rival and doubles partner, Darius Knight, of London, in both finals at Doncaster.
Paul was very dominant in the Under-18 (Junior) final, crushing his opponent 11-5, 11-5, 11-5.
In the final of the Under-15 (Cadet) singles, the match was a much closer affair.
Darius won the first game 11-9 and took Paul to 14-12 in the second but from that point it was uphill all the way as Paul won the remaining two games 11-4, 11-3.
Paul and Darius combined to win both the Junior and Cadet Boys' doubles.
In the Cadet final, they beat another Ormesby pair, Danny Reed and Nicky Skipp, both of whom did well to reach the final.
Paul's coach, Ormesby's former English and Commonwealth champion, Carole Moore, was delighted with her protege's performance.
She said: "Paul was on fire. He is becoming more powerful and his movement is improving all the time. What is more, in this competition his concentration was much better."
