The N/Land veterans' team of Dave Godbold, Geoff Salter, Ian Robertson, Caron Guthrie and Christine Burke were unbeaten following their final series of Division 1A matches at Harlow - but ended the season runners-up.
They beat Hertfordshire 8-2 and Cheshire Seconds 7-3, but could only draw 5-5 with Worcestershire.
Godbold was unbeaten with six singles wins, Robertson took four, Salter three and Guthrie two. They also won four mixed and one men's doubles.
Entries will close on Friday for both the Northumberland Junior Tournament (March 9 7.00) and the Senior Closed Tournament (March 11, 9.30) at Cramlington Sporting Club.

In the Premier Division of the Northumbria Table Tennis League, an unbeaten Tony Gelder was the only fit player available for Blaydon A.
He took the doubles with an injured Maurice Cheek - playing without sports kit and a borrowed bat - to lose only 6-4 to leaders Washington A, for whom Dave Blackburne, Chris Blake and Mark Shingler bagged a brace apiece.
Another depleted side, North Shields YMCA B, went one better when three from Mark O'Connor and two from Keith Bibby plus the doubles gave their two-man team a 6-4 success at Birtley B in their Division One fixture.
Unbeaten performances from Steve Dickinson and Peter van Dijk gave Byker B a 7-3 victory in Division Two over Newton D.
The Cramlington Magpies team of John McRoy (3), Ian Tunstall (2) and Brian Philip (2) plus the doubles claimed an 8-2 win in Division Three over YMCA E, who could only manage two from Stu Anderson.
In Division Four, John Morton was unbeaten for Cramlington Dynamos and Allan Mann bagged two in their 7-3 win over the Jaguars, Ken Brown (2) doing best for the defeated side.
Kevin Wilson claimed all three singles plus the doubles with Bernie Morris as Silksworth CC B beat St John TTC A 6-4 in Division One of the Sunderland and District League.
West CA A also enjoyed a 6-4 success against Silksworth CC C with Mark Shingler, Rod Roberts and John Williamson each taking two of their three singles.
In reply, Andrew Grant won all three of his singles plus the doubles with Gavin Bestford to gain one league point for the home side.
Sunderland have entered two teams and Houghton Kepier School one side in the northern regional section of the ETTA National Junior League this season.
