CHAPEL Park fought back from 3-0 down to defeat Bridle Path 6-5 on the opening weekend of the season.
Star of the show for the Path was Craig Farley, who struck a hat-trick in their amazing fightback.
Coachman overcame Bute Arms 7-3 after being 3-2 down at half-time.
David Fairless hit six of Coachman’s goals.
Bay Horse cantered to a 3-1 success over Independent thanks to Scott Campbell’s brace.

Jacks defeated FC Gosforth 8-0 at Dunston Park with doubles for Ben Howell and Scott Robson.
Scott Lumley netted twice – including a last-minute winner – as Wallsend Labour beat Orb 3-2.
Commercial travelled to High Heaton and scored an impressive 5-0 triumph.

Whickham Rutherford entertained new boys Forest Hall, who came away with an 11-2 win.
Wallsend Town began the new season with a 3-0 success over Sage, while Bugle scored a 3-1 win at West Park.
Rutherford and the Feathers played out a 5-5 draw with goals for Feathers by Michael Hogg and two for Rutherford by Mick Bell.
